Essential Details about Skills Immigration in British Columbia
Skills Immigration makes use of a points-based system to select and rank the eligible immigration candidates. On receiving ITA via the BCPNP, candidates have 30 calendar days to submit their application to the province.
An applicant can’t submit their application without paying the application fee and submitting all required documents, as British Columbia launches three new international Graduate PNP Streams in 2025.
The BCPNP scores candidates via its points system, which is based on economic factors and human capital. Human capital factors include related work experience and high proficiency in English and French (Canada’s official languages). Economic factors comprise the wage of the candidate’s job offer and the candidate’s location of employment in British Columbia.
